Jennings Development is a partnership between myself (Ty) and my wife, Jessica Jennings that combines my passion for building with Jessica's creative gifts in the area of design.  After spending 21 wonderful years in the commercial building industry, I felt a call to leave the company I was with to start this new venture.  Over the 22 years of our marriage we have had so much fun renovating the various homes that we have lived in and moving on to the next adventure that I thought it would be great to do this full time rather than as a side hobby.  Since that time we have been fortunate to undertake and successfully complete many projects in the Nashville area that we are very proud of.
